Large Giclée framed prints

These large framed prints are spectacular but expensive to produce (largely down to the Art glass), so I only have three prints available at the moment. If they sell I'll hopefully be able to add more.

My Giclée prints are made on museum grade, acid free paper using Epson Ultrachrome HDX inks, providing superior lightfastness, and consistency of colour. These prints are made to last and if looked after they should last well over 100 years.

The prints you see on this page are framed using only the best materials available, including high quality handmade frames and very importantly, Art glass which cuts down on reflections,  meaning you'll be able to see the images much more clearly than is possible with standard glass.

I spent two days near the Yellowcraig beach in 2021 and during that time I was just awestruck by the absolutely epic evening light and dramatic skies. I hope that I brought a little of the magic home with me and I've tried to bring it to mind on this canvas. Looking forward to my next trip there.

The lighthouse on Fidra Island was built in 1885 and the island is well known as the inspiration for Robert Louis Stevenson’s Treasure Island. I can imagine Stevenson looking out to Fidra Island on a beautiful dramatic evening, his imagination running wild. 

I love being in woodland and if there is a little stream or a waterfall - as is often the case here in Scotland - that's a real bonus. It was really lovely being in the forest that day; I felt very peaceful and grateful and I wanted to paint something as kind of an offering to the beauty of it all - my way of saying thank you, I see you.
